How to Avoid Spam When Requesting Free Samples

If you are NEW to requesting Free Samples, Coupons and Surveys, here are a few tips to avoid receiving lots of SPAM or Junk Email. 

1. Create an email address strictly for Freebies, Coupons and Surveys. Most manufactures will send you free samples but they also will send you ads to your inbox. 
2. Dont give out your REAL telephone number unless you actually want to be contacted by phone.
3. Be leary of FREE items that require you to send a TEXT unless its a known source. I always check the validity of freebies before I post them
4. When requesting a Sample asks you to "refer to friends" list your Spam Email to avoid sending spam to your friends if you are unsure of the company or manufacturer
5. Note: that only about 75% of free samples requested will actually show up. I don't know why, but that has been my experience.
6. When printing coupons from the Manufacturer, sometimes they will require you to sign up for their newsletter before printing. Give them your "Spam" email if you dont want to receive them in your personal inbox.
