Hey Jessica! When you sign up for a NEW Shop At Home account, you will get a $5 credit to your cash back balance. Once you hit $20, they will send you a check in the mail. If you click on the link in the post, it should take you to the sign in page.
Since I do most of my shopping online, I already accumulated a pretty nice cash back balance
