My family and I are doing our darnedest to try and eat healthy. I must admit that I have never tried Kashi products. This was because they were always so expensive. Target offers a great store coupon that I combined with a printable coupon and I was able to stock up on these bad boys for less that $1.14 per box. HUGE SAVINGS!!! We immediately wanted to try these bars as it was a bit of a treat to eat something that was A) Name brand and B) a product that is usually out of our price range. My husband, Daughter and I loved them. My husband loved the Peanut Peanut Butter Bars and My daughter and I loved the Trail Mix bars. I'm most definitely going to be on the look out for Kashi coupons every week.

My husband was diagnosed with heart problems in January. We have found the Kashi granola bars have the least amount of sodium & more protein that most other bars. We both enjoy a bar (or two) daily.
